He acted as the liaison between Admiral Raddus and the rebels headquartered in the Great Temple on Yavin 4, keeping a communications channel open to the mobile admiral, and he reported to Mon Mothma on the Rebellion's conversion of Mon Calamari city-ships to warships.
Zavor maintained Raddus's communications line during the Battle of Scarif, was present for the Battle of Yavin, and attended the medal ceremony honoring Luke Skywalker and Han Solo afterward.
