Ki-Adi-Mundi was a Force-sensitive Cerean Jedi Master from the planet Cerea and a long-serving member of the Jedi High Council spanning from the High Republic era to the fall of the Republic. Known for his measured, sometimes skeptical counsel, he sat on the Council through the events leading to the Clone Wars.
With the outbreak of war after the First Battle of Geonosis, Mundi became a Jedi General of the Grand Army of the Republic, leading clone troopers in campaigns including the second battle on Geonosis. In 19 BBY he commanded the 21st Nova Corps during the invasion of Mygeeto in the Outer Rim Sieges.
