Jesse, designated CT-5597, was a clone trooper of the Galactic Republic who rose to Clone Lieutenant and Advanced Recon Commando in the 501st Legion during the Clone Wars. Bred on Kamino from the genetic template of Jango Fett, he was a patriotic and loyal soldier who wore the Republic crest as a facial tattoo.
Jesse served under Jedi General Anakin Skywalker, Commander Ahsoka Tano, and Captain Rex across numerous campaigns, including the battles of Mimban, Saleucami, Umbara, Ringo Vinda, and Anaxes. During the Battle of Umbara he was among the clones nearly executed by the traitorous Jedi General Pong Krell before Krell was exposed.
Later assigned to the 332nd Division, Jesse served during the Siege of Mandalore. When Order 66 was issued, his inhibitor chip compelled him to turn against Ahsoka Tano; he died when the Star Destroyer Tribunal crashed, and was buried by Tano and Rex.
