Rune Haako was a male Neimoidian official who served as a Settlement Officer of the Trade Federation and the lieutenant and second-in-command to Viceroy Nute Gunray. Born on Neimoidia before 32 BBY, he was among the Trade Federation leadership that conspired with the Sith Lord Darth Sidious during the Invasion of Naboo.
Haako continued to serve as a high-ranking member of the Separatist Council throughout the Clone Wars, pledging the Trade Federation's support to the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
