Sio Bibble was a human male philosopher who served as the governor of Naboo and head of the planet's Royal Advisory Council during the final years of the Galactic Republic. A dedicated public servant, he was among the first to suspect the Trade Federation's coming invasion and chose to remain on Naboo to protect its people during the occupation.
Bibble continued to serve as governor under successive Naboo monarchs through the Separatist Crisis and the Clone Wars, offering plain counsel to Queen Padme Amidala and her successors.
